Coaching is a popular service offered by our consultants. During a Coaching session, the teacher teaches a lesson using tools and or strategies explored in a bby Professional Development session. The lesson is followed by a debriefing session where the consultant shares positive feedback and suggestions. The feedback remains private between the consultant and the teacher. In addition to verbal feedback, the teacher is provided with written notes. In most cases, the teacher has participated in Professional Development sessions, Consultation sessions, and has had one or more opportunities to observe a Demonstration.

Teachers claim that non-evaluative, personal coaching is a valuable professional-growth experience.  Administrators are eager for their teachers to receive advice in a non-threatening, non-evaluative, private environment.  It is not unusual for repeat Coaching Sessions to be requested by both teachers and administrators.
